What does an institution plan include?
Institution plans include learner seats, the full Ask Lumiqo AI tutor on every question, custom exam tracks and content where applicable, admin analytics and cohort reports, SSO and data-processing agreements as applicable, and a dedicated success manager. Talk to sales to confirm what's in scope for your setup.
Does Lumiqo integrate with our SSO or LMS?
SSO and data-processing agreements are available on institution plans as applicable. LMS integrations are scoped per engagement. Tell us what you use (Google Classroom, Moodle, Canvas, etc.) during your demo and we'll confirm fit.
How is learner data handled and secured?
Lumiqo runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) with encryption in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data. Learner rights (access, correction, deletion, export) are covered in our privacy policy.
