2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

3. The Services

Lumiqo provides educational tools, including practice questions, progress features, and optional AI-assisted explanations. Content and features may change. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of third-party materials, or exam outcomes.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, and refunds are described at checkout and in order confirmations. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled in accordance with the billing channel you used.

5. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. They are for learning support only and are not professional, legal, medical, or exam-board advice. You should verify critical information against official sources.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or infringe others' rights.
• Scrape, probe, or overload the Services; circumvent security or access controls.
• Upload malware or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Lumiqo and its licensors own the Services, branding, and software. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or authorized institutional use.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMIQO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law or as described in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
