How do I reset my password?
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@lumiqo.ai from the address linked to your account and request deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
I can't sign in with Google or Apple.
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you registered with. If you signed up with Google, use Google to sign in, and vice versa. If the problem persists, email support@lumiqo.ai with a description of the error.
iOS subscriptions
How do I manage or cancel my iOS subscription?
iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. On your iPhone go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lumiqo → Cancel Subscription. You can also visit apple.com/account/subscriptions directly.
How do I restore a purchase I already made?
Open Lumiqo → go to the Pricing screen → tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase if prompted.
I was charged but my subscription isn't active in the app.
Try restoring purchases first (see above). If that doesn't work, email support@lumiqo.ai with your Apple ID email and the approximate date of the charge and we'll resolve it promptly.
How do I request a refund for an iOS purchase?
iOS refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find the Lumiqo charge, and select "Request a refund".
Technical issues
The app is crashing or won't load.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the problem continues, uninstall and reinstall the latest version from the App Store. If it still occurs, email support@lumiqo.ai with your device model and iOS version.
My progress or exam results aren't saving.
Make sure you have an active internet connection. Progress is synced to your account in real time. If data appears missing after reconnecting, email support@lumiqo.ai.
